The Comfort Snaffle Wide Mouthpiece

Design: Curved mouthpiece with 1 1/8 inch jointed center barrel.

Function: With pressure on both reins, uses pinch and restrict with a release – restricts the tongue and collapses on the bars. Pressure is dispersed across the wide centre barrel as it rolls down into the tongue. Each side of the mouthpiece moves independently, allowing the rider to lift one side off the tongue to the bar.

Special Note: Wide center barrel will disperse pressure across a greater area of the tongue than the Comfort Snaffle Regular Barrel - MB 01. Useful for horses in the beginning stages of training.
